3 strikes policy

A three strike policy will be implemented in order to be fair to other students and to the instructor.

  • Since class sizes are limited and a waitlist is established for other students who couldn't secure a spot before the class is full, students will need to inform the studio/instructor or reschedule through their "my bookings" when they are unable to attend.

  • Our junior classes REQUIRE you to notify the instructor or studio at least 12 hours in advance that you are not able to attend.

  • If you fail to show up for three strikes without informing us, an additional $30 fee will be applied each time thereafter.

  • The strikes will only be restarted after your whole term is over (for juniors) or after you have completed all the class bundles.

  • When a drop-in student fails to show up and doesn't notify the studio 3 times, the studio has every right to reject the student to sign up and book in for any classes.

In the event of a returned check or insufficient funds, a $50 fee will be charged on top of the class/course fee.

We may terminate or suspend Your access immediately, without notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you violate these Terms and Conditions. Once Your access is terminated, you will no longer be able to use the Service.
