3 strikes policy

Since class sizes are limited and a waitlist is established for other students who couldn't secure a spot before the class is full, students will need to inform the studio/instructor or reschedule through their "my bookings" when they are unable to attend.

The strikes will only be restarted after your whole term is over (for juniors) or after you have completed all the class bundles.

When a drop-in student fails to show up and doesn't notify the studio 3 times, the studio has every right to reject the student to sign up and book in for any classes.
